The proposals involve retaining the occupied buildings whilst converting the vacant part of the site into a new logistics and business park. This will provide a number of distribution warehouses for some of the UK’s leading companies and provide facilities for local businesses.

The plans at Hartland Park will clean up the contaminated site and bring total employment back up to 1,600 jobs.
